A glimpse of the hard work and perseverance of our mighty heads for the school year 2020-2021 in the most awaited GJC Recognition Rites. At the end of every school-year, students who have worked hard in their academics, are given due recognition for their efforts. The academic awards remain to be the most prestigious among the awards. It is the most coveted because it signifies recognition of intelligence which is understandably something to be proud of. When one thinks that these efforts have to be maintained for almost a whole year or ten months to be exact, it can be thought of as an impossible task. When a student however is taught to imbibe these desirable student traits into his or her everyday life, maintaining the required standards becomes a lot easier to achieve.

Every end has a new beginning. Moving-Up is not the conclusion of our educational journey but an establishment of a broader and wider arena of scholastic expedition. GJC recognized the efforts and hard works you- students, parents as well as teachers and everyone who made this voyage possible and wonderful. May the core values of a real blooded GJCian be your armor in the future endeavors and undertakings. Online Registration Form SY 2021-2022

The form serves as official enrollment form for SY 2021-2022. When you submit this form, you are  considered as TEMPORARILY enrolled  at Gerona Junior College, Inc. To be OFFICIALLY enrolled, you HAVE TO PAY the down payment in the amount of two thousand pesos (P2000.00) between May 17-June 18.  Proper health protocol must be followed when visiting the school. Kindly prepare, if possible, the exact amount. Other important dates and information will be given upon payment of down payment.

No incident of widespread can hinder  GJCians as they as once again  showcase their God given flairs for the Virtual Talent Portion of the Mr. and Ms. GJC 2021.

Beauty titles and crowns aren’t made of gemstones; they are made of Discipline, Determination and Courage. This year, GJC had proven yet again possibilities beyond difficult times as the quest for Mr. and Ms. GJC 2021 was held. Splendor and wit were given highlights as the search for the praiseworthy lady and gent 2021 vying for the title mentioned was viewed.

A GJCian is always capable of achieving what s/he has always dreamed of by the hard works. Hence, s/he must be acclaimed. Prior to the Search for Mr and Ms. GJC 2021, an awarding was held.

The Gerona Junior College, Inc. Administration is coming up with a GJC COFFEE TABLE BOOK DIAMOND EDITION that will serve as a souvenir for the 75^th Anniversary of the school.  For the first part of the book, it will illustrate GJC’s journey to success. Of course, as GJC’s products, you dear alumni, will be featured in the second part of the book. We would like you to be part of this endeavor.

We would like to call on your batch to sponsor at least one page in the souvenir book by sending us pictures that will show your memorable days here in GJC. Aside from your batch, family alumni (those whose family members graduated here in GJC) are also encouraged to sponsor a page in the said book.  We just request that together with the pictures, you also send a SHORT write-up about your batch or family that you want to share with the readers.

One page in the GJC COFFEE TABLE BOOK DIAMOND EDITION costs one thousand two hundred pesos (P1200.00).  It can contain 3-4 pictures accompanied by a short write-up.  The batch or the family alumni who will sponsor a page or more will be given a copy of the book.  For every sponsored page, a copy of the book will be given out, hence, if you sponsor (2) pages, you get 2 copies of the book and so on.

Deadline of submission of pictures and write-ups will be on February 10, 2021.  Submission can be made through geronajuniorcollege@yahoo.com or visit GJC Guidance Office.  Payments will be received at the cashier or message Maria Zita Guerrero Gjc for GJC bank details.

GUIDELINES PARA SA ATING MOTORCADE

1. Ang motorcade po ay open sa lahat ng Alumni ng GJC na may edad 18 pataas. Kailangan na may representative ang bawat batch na makikipag-ugnayan sa GJC. Maaaring i-message via messenger ang GJC Gerona o tumawag sa CP number 09173057977.
2. Lahat ng sasali ay dapat may sasakyang gagamitin. Upon Registration, sasabihin kung anong sasakyan ang mga gagamitin, at ilan ang seating capacity. At kukuha ng tarpaulin dito sa GJC na ikakabit sa harapan ng sasakyan sa Lunes - April 19, 2021 (First come first serve).
3. Sa mga riders na sasali, kinakailangan na kumpleto ang riding equipment gaya ng helmet at mga mahahalagang riding accessories.
4. Ang motorcade ay pangungunahan ng mga sasakyan mula sa GJC. Hindi pinapayagan na umbia sa mga napagkasunduan na ruta.
5. May Order of Motorcade na susundan batay sa uri ng sasakyang gagamitin at sa number na ibinigay.
6. Ang laman ng sasakyan ay kinakailangang 50% ng seating capacity nito upang masunod ang social distancing. Naka-face mask at face shield din ang mga dadalo sa motorcade sa loob ng sasakyan. HINDI PAPAYAGANG BUMABA SA SASAKYAN ANG MGA KASAMA SA MOTORCADE.
7. Habang kasalukuyan ang motorcade, kailangan masunod ang proper health protocols upang sa pag-iingat sa COVID-19.

In some people's view, virtually celebrating this remarkable achievement is disheartening. However, as GJC views it, this current scenario paves the way for an unprecedented and truly phenomenal celebration. Now, facing this adversity of virtually celebrating this milestone with a positive mentality, GJC invites you to watch as it once again embraces this battle cry and proves na "Basta GJC may paraan"!

GJC airs its Intramural teaser where the said event will be held on Oct. 28-30, 2020. It aims to foster productive sports events as well as collaboration among students, teachers, admin, parents and the community in the various virtual activities. With the help and cooperation of all partakers the event is to become success.
